1. Return Period

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

The watch must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.
It must be in the original packaging (including plastic coverings, tags, and boxes).
You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. The Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Approval: Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address.
Shipping: Pack the item securely. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Note: Unless the item is defective or arrived damaged, customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returns.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the watch.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

5. Exchanges (if applicable)
